Tourist tax Poland 2027: signed law raises cap to PLN 5 per night

Poland's President signed the tourist tax law on 15 Oct 2026. From 1 Jan 2027 the cap is PLN 5 a night, spa fee PLN 6.86, and stays over 29 nights are exempt.
