Dębica, a town in the Subcarpathian region on the Kraków-Rzeszów rail line, has buses run by MKS Dębica across a city zone and three suburban zones. City transport is free for residents who hold the Dębica Resident Card (Dębicka Karta Mieszkańca). The prices below come from the MKS price page and the zone division page, checked on 20 October 2026.

Zones

The city zone, marked "0", covers the area of the town itself. Outside the town, lines cross up to three fare zones, marked I, II and III, and the price depends on how many zones the ride crosses. The MKS site publishes a stop-by-stop table showing where each zone begins and ends for every line.

Single tickets, city zone

  • Normal: PLN 4.00
  • Reduced 50%: PLN 2.00
  • Reduced 70%: PLN 1.20
  • Baggage ticket: PLN 4.00
  • 5-ride carnet: PLN 18.00 normal, PLN 9.00 reduced (PLN 3.60 per ride)

  • Zone I: PLN 210 normal, PLN 105 reduced

Two- and three-month versions are available in every suburban zone, up to PLN 630 for three months in zone III. There are also two-week tickets: PLN 72 normal and PLN 36 reduced in the city zone, PLN 126 and PLN 63 in zone I, and PLN 136 and PLN 68 in zone II.

Free rides for residents

If you live in Dębica, the city network is free with the Dębica Resident Card. The MKS price page links to the card's own site, where the rules for getting it are published. For a newcomer, this makes the card one of the first things worth arranging after registering in the town, since it removes the PLN 4.00 fare on every city ride.

Which ticket to choose

At PLN 4.00 per ride, the PLN 120 monthly city ticket pays off after 30 rides in a month, about one return trip per working day. The 5-ride carnet at PLN 18.00 lowers the single ride to PLN 3.60 and suits people who ride a few times a week without commuting daily. Commuters from the suburban villages should compare the zone monthly prices above with the cost of driving.
