Lublin Public Transport Tickets and Prices 2026 (ZDiTM)
Short answer: In Lublin a 15-minute ticket is 3.40 zl, a 24-hour ticket 14.20 zl, and a 30-day all-line pass 96 zl with the LKM card or 208 zl without it.

Lublin's buses and trolleybuses are run by ZDiTM, the city's roads and public transport authority. A new fare list came into force on 16 February 2026, and the figures below are taken from that list and from the ZDiTM announcement of the change. Lublin has three kinds of tickets: stop-based, time-based and single-ride, plus passes for 10 days and longer. This guide gives the main prices for zones 1+2, the fines for travelling without a ticket and the tips most useful to newcomers.
What changed on 16 February 2026
ZDiTM announced that a new price list took effect on Monday 16 February 2026. For regular customers who buy periodic tickets and for people who pay taxes in Lublin (holders of the LKM city card), the tariff of periodic tickets did not change, according to the announcement. The surcharge amounts did change.
Paper time tickets of the old types that were not validated could be exchanged for the new value, with a top-up and no handling fee, at the ZDiTM ticket offices until 15 May 2026. That window has closed. Periodic tickets that expire after 16 February 2026 stayed valid to the end of their period.
Time tickets (zones 1+2)
The time tariff works for any number of rides within the validity period. Normal prices (reduced prices are exactly half):
- 15 minutes: 3.40 zł (reduced 1.70 zł);
- 40 minutes: 4.60 zł (2.30 zł);
- 90 minutes: 5.20 zł (2.60 zł);
- 6 hours: 9.00 zł (4.50 zł);
- 24 hours: 14.20 zł (7.10 zł).
Single-ride and stop-based tickets
A single-ride ticket bought in an EMV validator, which is a payment-card terminal, costs 5.00 zł normal and 2.50 zł reduced.
The stop-based tariff charges by the number of stops you travel. The first stop costs 0.96 zł normal (0.48 zł reduced), the second 0.68 zł and the third 0.60 zł. After that the price per stop falls: 0.38 zł each for stops 4 to 5, 0.26 zł for 6 to 7, 0.16 zł for 8 to 12, 0.10 zł for 13 to 15, 0.04 zł for 16 to 20 and 0.02 zł for 21 to 29. From the 30th stop it is free.
Passes with the LKM city card
Holders of the LKM city card pay lower pass prices. On the price list, passes for all lines in zones 1+2 cost, normal and reduced:
- 10 days: 44.00 zł and 22.00 zł;
- 30 days: 96.00 zł and 48.00 zł;
- 90 days: 244.00 zł and 122.00 zł;
- 150 days: 378.00 zł and 189.00 zł.
Longer than 10 days you can buy any number of days. Each extra day beyond 10 costs 2.60 zł for days 11 to 50, 2.40 zł for days 51 to 100 and 2.20 zł for days 101 to 300 (normal price). A pass for one line only costs 71.00 zł for 30 days with LKM.
Passes without the LKM card
Without LKM, a 30-day pass for all lines in zones 1+2 is 208.00 zł normal and 104.00 zł reduced. A 90-day pass is 548.00 zł and a 150-day pass is 864.00 zł. Passes for zone 1 only are 142.00 zł for 30 days and for zone 2 only 86.00 zł. The price list also has a bearer pass for zone 1 at 181.00 zł for 30 days. A one-line 30-day pass is 155.00 zł.
ZDiTM says you can buy a periodic ticket in advance, as long as it starts within 30 days of purchase, and you may hold at most two periodic tickets at the same time whose validity has not expired.
Fines for travelling without a valid ticket
From 16 February 2026 the additional fee is:
- 250 zł for travelling without a valid ticket, or 150 zł if paid to the inspector on the spot, or 175 zł if paid within 7 days of the payment demand;
- 200 zł for travelling without a valid document proving the right to a free or reduced fare, or 120 zł on the spot, or 140 zł within 7 days;
- 750 zł for stopping the vehicle or changing its route without a justified reason.
ZDiTM notes that the value of the correct single-ride ticket, normal or reduced, is added to the fee.
Tips for new residents
- If you live in Lublin and pay your taxes here, ask about the LKM card, because it roughly halves the pass price compared with the same pass without it, according to the price list.
- Check that your pass covers the right zones and lines before you buy.
- Keep proof of any reduced-fare entitlement with you, because the fee for lacking it is separate.
- Prices come from the 16 February 2026 list. The city can change them again, so check the ZDiTM site or the LUBIKA ticket shop before a long purchase.
