Radom city buses are run by the Miejski Zarząd Dróg i Komunikacji (MZDiK, the city roads and transport authority). This guide uses the price list and the additional-fees page published by MZDiK on mzdik.pl, both read on 18 October 2026. The price list is described there as annex 1 to resolution XL/386/2026 of the Radom City Council of 2 March 2026. The page title also carries the words "in force from 24.10.2024", and we could not tell from the page alone whether that is the date the prices started to apply, so check the MZDiK site before you buy a long-term pass.

Single, one-hour and day tickets

Paper tickets and tickets bought in the phone app are bearer tickets. The list gives these full and reduced prices:

  • Single ticket on all lines: 3.60 zł full, 1.80 zł reduced.
  • One-hour ticket on all lines: 5.00 zł full, 2.50 zł reduced.
  • Day ticket on all lines: 14.00 zł full, 7.00 zł reduced.
  • Paper book of ten single tickets: 33.00 zł full, 16.50 zł reduced.

The one-hour ticket costs 1.40 zł more than a single ticket (calculated), so it is worth it only if you plan to change buses. The day ticket pays off from the fourth single ride (4 x 3.60 zł = 14.40 zł, calculated). The night lines N1, N2 and N3 have the same prices as day lines.

The Radom City Card and the e-wallet

Radom also has a city card (Radomska Karta Miejska) with an electronic wallet. A single ride over more than two stops costs 3.60 zł full and 1.80 zł reduced. A ride of no more than two stops costs 2.80 zł full or 1.40 zł reduced, but only if you register your exit from the bus. A duplicate card costs 10 zł, and the same amount is charged when you return unused periodic tickets coded on a named card.

Passes

Named passes are coded on the Radom City Card, or on a student ID for reduced fares. Full prices:

  • 30-day pass for all lines: 99 zł (reduced 49.50 zł). A 30-day pass for one line costs 80 zł.
  • 15-day pass for all lines: 58 zł. For one line: 44 zł.
  • 90-day pass for all lines: 280 zł.
  • 150-day pass for all lines: 430 zł.
  • With the Rodzina Plus card, the 30-day pass for all lines costs 80 zł, and the 15-day pass 46 zł.
  • A bearer 30-day pass for all lines, which can be used by anyone, costs 140 zł, and the bearer 15-day pass 76 zł.

The list also has school and semester tickets for pupils and students (200 zł for a semester, 380 zł for the school year) and a senior ticket for 120 zł valid for 12 full months with the Radom Senior Card. According to the list, monthly tickets are sold up to the fifth day of the month, semester tickets for students up to 20 October or 20 March, and school tickets up to 30 September. A periodic ticket cannot start before the date you bought it.

Beyond the city limits

Under agreements with the neighbouring municipalities Gózd, Jastrzębia, Jedlnia-Letnisko, Kowala, Skaryszew, Wolanów and Zakrzew, the same prices apply on city lines 5, 6, 14, 15, 18, 22, 23, 24, 26 and 27 inside those municipalities.

Fines

The additional-fees page, annex 5 to the same resolution, sets the fine for travelling without a valid ticket at 90 times the price of a full-price paper single ticket, which is 324 zł at today's 3.60 zł (calculated). For missing proof of entitlement to a reduced fare it is 40 times, or 144 zł (calculated). If you pay during the inspection or within 7 days of the payment request, the fine drops to 40 times (144 zł) for no ticket and 20 times (72 zł) for missing proof of a reduced fare. You have 14 days to pay. The handling fee is 4 times the single ticket price, or 14.40 zł (calculated).
