Wrocław airport to the city: bus 106, 129, night 206 (2026)
Short answer: The simplest route is bus 106 from Dworzec Główny, every 15 minutes and about 40 to 50 minutes. Night bus 206 and FlixBus also serve the airport; there is no train.

Wrocław Copernicus Airport lies in the south-west of the city, about 10 km from the centre, close to the Wrocław motorway ring road (AOW). There is no railway station at the airport, so the usual ways in are the city bus, a long-distance FlixBus coach, a taxi or a car. This guide is based on the airport's own page on getting there and the city's MPK bus pages, checked in October 2026. Timetables change, and the 106 line has a timetable change announced from 17 October 2026, so look at the live timetable before you travel.
The short version
The simplest route from the centre is the daytime bus 106. According to the airport, it runs to and from the main railway station (Dworzec Główny PKP) and the central bus station daily, every 15 minutes, and the full trip takes about 40 to 50 minutes depending on city traffic. The airport also lists the daytime bus 129 and the night bus 206.
Bus 106 from Dworzec Główny
The airport page gives the stop list for 106 running from Dworzec Główny (Dworcowa stop) to the airport: Wzgórze Partyzantów, Renoma, pl. Orląt Lwowskich, Dworzec Świebodzki, Robotnicza, Śrubowa, Wrocławski Park Przemysłowy, Dolnośląska Szkoła Wyższa, Fabryczna, Otyńska, Centrum Zarządzania Kryzysowego, Nowodworska, Nowy Dwór, Rogowska, Jerzmanowo (Cmentarz), Osiniecka and Port Lotniczy.
The city's MPK page for line 106 shows the last update of the timetable on 29 August 2026 and a note that the timetable changes from 17 October. Open the current timetable on wroclaw.pl before you rely on departure times.
Bus 129
The airport lists bus 129 as a daytime line starting at the bus station (Dworzec Autobusowy). It passes Arkady (Capitol), Renoma, pl. Orląt Lwowskich and Dworzec Świebodzki, then continues through Fabryczna, Nowy Dwór and Rogowska to Mińska (Rondo Rotm. Pileckiego), Park Tysiąclecia, Zagłoby, Przybyły, Graniczna, Skarżyńskiego, Rdestowa and the airport. If you arrive by long-distance coach at the bus station, this is the line that starts there.
Night bus 206
The airport lists night line 206 as well. Check its timetable on the MPK page for line 206 before a late arrival or an early departure, because night lines run much less often than day lines.
FlixBus
The airport page lists a FlixBus route that stops at Wrocław Lotnisko. The stops given on that route include Szczecin, Gorzów Wielkopolski, Świebodzin, Zielona Góra, Polkowice, Lubin, Wrocław Lotnisko, Wrocław DA (the bus station), Katowice, Kraków, Myślenice, Nowy Targ and Zakopane. The timetable is on the FlixBus site and is not published by the airport.
Tickets
Bus 106, 129 and 206 are city MPK lines, so the ordinary MPK ticket rules apply. The airport page does not list a price. For the current prices of single tickets, time tickets and passes, see our Wrocław public transport guide, which lists a single ticket at 4.60 zł normal and 2.30 zł reduced, based on wroclaw.pl as updated on 27 March 2026. Check that no price change has taken effect since then.
Taxi
The airport page publishes a phone number for a taxi service, 737-737-737, which belongs to iTaxi. It does not publish prices. Ask for a price when booking, or use an app that shows the fare in advance.
By car
The airport states it is well connected to the A4 and A8 motorways and the S3, S5 and S8 expressways. It gives example drive times to the airport: Legnica 40 minutes, Lubin 50 minutes, Leszno 1 hour, Opole 1 hour, Ostrów Wielkopolski 1 hour 10 minutes, Łódź 2 hours 10 minutes and Zielona Góra 2 hours. These are the airport's estimates and do not include traffic or parking.
